Welcome

Marco, who is Maltese, was born in the UK in 1969 and soon developed an interest in the world of art. Having completed his studies he moved to Paris for nine years where he spent his time teaching English as a foreign language, translating and interpreting in addition to furthering his artistic talent.Marco Brown. Contemporary Maltese abstract artist.First and foremost allow me to welcome you to my website. I hope you will enjoy wandering through my universe of colours inspired by deep and intense emotions.

Abstract art is not always the easiest form to understand yet its appreciation and beauty lie in the eye of the beholder.

My art is closely linked to my love of my native Mediterranean with her rich panoply of bright colours. Further to this there are also undertones of my great interest in the mysticism and legends of the whole Mediterranean basin which influence me immensely.

Many thanks for taking the time to share my coloured emotions! Your feedback is something which I value greatly so if you feel inspired, may I invite you to share your comments here? A little gesture perhaps yet it means the world to me. Simply click on any given image so as to enlarge it to full view and you can add your thoughts and views in the comments section in the bottom left hand corner. I look forward to hearing from you!
